Kristen Kloster-Grady brings over 20 years of expertise in the satellite and space industry to her role as Director of Sales and Business Development at Novaspace. Her extensive career reflects a commitment to driving growth, fostering innovation, and strengthening industry connections.
Prior to joining Novaspace, Kristen served as Senior Director of Communications at USGIF, where she elevated stakeholder engagement and refined strategic messaging. Earlier, she founded and led NSR’s Marketing department, crafting transformative campaigns that elevated the company’s industry profile and contributed to its successful acquisition in 2022. As Vice President of Marketing, she developed collaborative strategies that fueled organizational growth.
From 2007 to 2011, Kristen served as Director of International Programmes at GVF, where she represented the satellite industry on regulatory and policy matters at global forums, including the 2007 World Radio Communications Conference in Geneva.
Kristen holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies, German, and Political Science from California State University, Long Beach.
